The first thing you should know about me is that I love food (a lot!) and few things bring me as much joy as tucking into a great plate of food. As much as I love food, I believe that food should also love me back. So, I focus on food that not only tastes amazing but makes me feel amazing too.

As I develop and share recipes, I also share what I learn about the related health and nutritional information. My mission is to help people make better informed decisions about food and to help my fellow food-lovers find food that loves us back.

I’ve carved out this corner of the Internet to share my recipes and what I learn about health and nutrition and to connect with other foodies.
